This agricultural flatbed trailer is specially designed and customized for New Zealand customer, and Monica obtained it through Alibaba RFQ inquiry.
After client communicating with Monica and browsing our company’s website, the customer felt that we have the ability to customize his own agricultural trailer for him.
This client is a big farmer, he has 200 hectares farm and 800 sheeps, near 20 units tractors there, he want design a special flatbed trailer with a strong spring drawbar to tow behind his tractors, he ever bought hundreds drawbar flatbed trailers from England and never had a problem, this is the first time he bought from china, and he want start with 3 units first.
This client have made many requests, like the trailer size, weight, plate thickness, structural style, tyre etc, especially the strong spring drawbar, because he want it puts weight onto the tractor so the tractor can control the load safer, our technician made the drawing according to his request and client much satisfied.
Another important requirement is the brakes, client want both air and hydraulic because some of his tractors dont have air, honestly we never had client ask this request before, and we never know it is possible, but after our efforts we finally find a supplier who can do it. After everything settled client paid us deposit for 3axle 3units flatbed, the whole communication only took one week.
After half month production, we finished this agriculture flatbed trailer,
30ft length, 2.5m width, deck 5mm, the color we use Massey Ferguson red which is requested by client, after seen the finished flatbed trailer, client much excited and arrange his shipment immediately, he want get them asap.
Client was plan to sell them but after he got them and tried them, he decided to keep himself, he is very satisfied with our trailers and said he never thought that china can make such good quality as England in such lower cost. And he is planning to order more to sell them.
